The ring is center with an oval, lavender jadeite cabochon in a your prong setting accented with scrolling details. The ring measures 25.4 mm at the top, rises 12.5 mm above the finger, tapering to 3 mmk wide and 1.2 mm thick at the base of the shank.

Purple jade gets its coloring from trace deposits of manganese and occasionally iron when it forms. Its coloring is rare and highly sought after.
